Degree Programs
One of INMU’s core aims is to enhance the quality of human life by educating postgraduates in the critical application of science; by facilitating training for scientific professions; by raising the standard of governmental and non-governmental personnel, especially health care professionals; and by contributing to knowledge through excellence in consumer protection. Towards this end, INMU provides comprehensive formal and non-formal education and training programs to fulfill the needs of governments, international development agencies, international non-government organizations and private enterprise as they aim to significantly improve nutritional well-being at national, community, household and individual levels.

Applied Food Knowledge to Nutrition
This program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop food products for nutrition and health, as well as to develop appropriate process and quality control programs for the production of safe and nutritious foods.
Applied Nutrition for Development
This program trains students to become leaders in conducting community-based activities. Specific skills include the assessment of nutrition in different settings; the integration and application of the sciences of nutrition, epidemiology, the social sciences and other related area; as well as the implementation of the principles of design, implementation and evaluation for interventions that aim to transform knowledge into action for public policy and programming.
