Topics for abstracts
“Food Analysis: Proficiency Testing and Reference Materials Development” is the main theme of this workshop in 2019. This forum welcomes abstracts which cover various areas related to the theme. For example, highlights of ISO 13528:2015 and ISO Guide 35:2017 and their applications, proficiency testing programme in different fields, reference material production in different fields, use of proficiency testing and reference material.

A guideline for abstract preparation
The abstract should be written in one paragraph, must not exceed 350 words. The entire abstract must fit on one page. It must be typed in English using font type Arial.

Structure format: the abstract includes title, name(s) of author(s) and institution(s), Rationale and
objective(s), materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusions. Five keywords are placed towards the end of the text.

Typing format: The title should be typed in Arial, bold 12 pt with upper case letters and centered.
Arial, 11 pt is used for Author(s) first and last name(s), institutional affiliation(s) and abstract text. In case of more than one author, please underline the presenter’s name.

Acceptance of abstract: upon receiving, the Scientific Committee will evaluate your abstract. By 30th April 2019, the abstract presenter will be notified the results of evaluation: acceptance (oral or poster presentation) or rejection via e-mail.
