Asia Hotel is situated in downtown Bangkok, on Phyathai Road, close to the capital city's exciting and colourful shopping, banking and commercial districts. It has a walkway to the BTS (Bangkok Mass Transit System Skytrain) Rajthevee station which could conveniently connected to the 19^th ICN 2009 at ON-NUT station where a shuttle bus is available to take you to BITEC.

Asia hotel reserves 80 rooms with special rate for participants of the 8^th IFDC.

   Single room:   THB 1,500    including breakfast
   Double room: THB 1,700     including breakfast
   Extra bed:       THB 700         including breakfast

The participants are requested to fill the attached form to initially reserve the hotel and please send it back as an attached file to the organiser at 8ifdc.mahidol@gmail.com as early as possible and not later than 31^st August 2009. The hotel will then contact the participants to arrange reservation process. After 31^st August 2009, you will be charged at the normal rate as walk-in or internet rate.

If rooms at the Asia Hotel are not available you will have to look for other accommodation. A list of 3-star to 5-star hotels along the BTS line is provided on the website of the 19^th ICN 2009 at www.icn2009.com.

Special note: participants who registered for attending the 19^th ICN 2009 could continue staying at the Asia Hotel with the same rate as shown above.
